Welcome to RankAndFlow’s Top 100 site. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Use of Content
All content, including charts, text, images, and ads, is provided for informational purposes. You may view, share, and reference content for personal use, but may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without permission.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Contributions
You may submit your own Top 100 lists, AI tracks, or other content. By submitting, you grant RankAndFlow a license to use, display, and distribute your submissions.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. Any violation may result in account suspension or removal of content.
5. Ads and Links
RankAndFlow displays ads and third-party links. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of external sites and are not responsible for any actions you take there.
6. Disclaimer
All content is provided “as is.” RankAndFlow makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use the site at your own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Live Show Artist Permission
By submitting a song to RankAndFlow’s Live Show, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the original artist or have the rights to submit the song for public performance on our live streams.
- You acknowledge that the song may be played publicly on RankAndFlow’s live show and may appear on our Live Show Legends chart.
- You understand that if your song contains third-party copyrighted material, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.
- RankAndFlow reserves the right to remove songs that violate copyright or other laws, or that are deemed inappropriate for the live show.
- This agreement is a condition of submitting your song. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from live show play.
Submissions may require a valid email. RankAndFlow is not responsible if emails are incorrect, incomplete, or unverified.
Optional prizes, giveaways, or other rewards may be offered at RankAndFlow’s discretion. Eligibility rules may apply, and prizes may be withheld, modified, or canceled at our discretion.

9. Live Show Competition & Scoring Rules
Submission Window: Live Show submissions are accepted from Monday 9:00 AM EST through Wednesday 10:00 PM EST of the show week, unless otherwise stated. Submission windows may be modified at RankAndFlow’s discretion.
Tier Structure: Live Show entries may be offered in Free, Feature ($20), and Elite ($40) tiers. Paid tiers may receive scheduling priority and additional promotional benefits. Free entries are not guaranteed playback if show capacity is exceeded.
Scoring System:
Final scores are calculated using a weighted system combining audience polling and judge evaluation.
Final Score = (Audience Poll Average × 0.6) + (Judge Score × 10 × 0.4).
Audience polling is measured on a 0–100 scale. Judge scoring is measured on a 0–10 scale and normalized for calculation.
A minimum number of verified live votes may be required to qualify for Monthly Champion, chart placement, or prize eligibility. RankAndFlow reserves the right to adjust vote minimums during early or low-attendance shows.
RankAndFlow reserves the right to invalidate votes or disqualify submissions in cases of suspected manipulation, artificial vote inflation, coordinated brigading, bot activity, or other conduct deemed to compromise fairness.
Monthly Champion: The highest qualifying song score within a calendar month across all tiers will be designated Monthly Champion. Recognition is badge-based and displayed while the song remains ranked.
Monthly Elite Winner: The highest qualifying Elite-tier submission within a calendar month may receive a Metal Trading Card or other promotional item. Elite submissions compete only against other Elite entries for this award.
Legend Status: A YouTube handle earns Legend status by winning three (3) Monthly Championships within the same calendar year using three different songs. Legend recognition is permanent and displayed separately from the active Top 100 chart.
Only one Monthly Championship may be awarded per song per calendar month.
RankAndFlow retains final authority over all scoring, rankings, tie-breaking decisions, and award determinations.
10. Account Verification & Prize Fulfillment
Participants must use the same YouTube handle in live chat as provided during submission. Failure to match handles may prevent song playback, vote verification, chart placement, or prize fulfillment.
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided at submission. RankAndFlow is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information and will not pursue participants across platforms to distribute prizes.
Failure to provide accurate identifying or contact information may result in disqualification without refund.
Prizes, giveaways, promotional items, and physical rewards are offered at RankAndFlow’s discretion and may be modified, substituted, delayed, or canceled due to availability, cost, shipping limitations, or other operational considerations.
Participants submitting to paid Live Show tiers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of submission. By purchasing a paid submission, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. RankAndFlow reserves the right to cancel submissions or withhold prizes if age eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
11. Refund Policy
Paid Live Show submissions are considered promotional services. Once a submission has been scheduled, prepared for broadcast, or played during a live show, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to attend the live show
- Low vote turnout or audience size
- Failure to meet vote minimum requirements
- Errors in submission information
- Disqualification due to rule violations
RankAndFlow may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability
RankAndFlow shall not be liable for technical interruptions, livestream platform outages, copyright claims by third parties, algorithmic ranking fluctuations, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Participation in Live Shows and competitions is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Geographic Eligibility & Shipping Policy
Physical prizes, including Metal Trading Cards and other tangible promotional items, are currently available only to participants with valid shipping addresses located in North America (United States and Canada).
RankAndFlow does not guarantee international shipping outside of North America at this time. Participants located outside of eligible regions may still compete in Live Shows but may not receive physical prize fulfillment.
Winners are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to provide accurate shipping details within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the physical prize.
RankAndFlow is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or carrier-related delivery failures once an item has been dispatched.
RankAndFlow reserves the right to substitute physical prizes with digital or alternative rewards of equal or lesser value if shipping becomes impractical or cost-prohibitive.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
By participating in RankAndFlow Live Shows, competitions, or submissions, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to participation, scoring, rankings, prizes, or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution by contacting RankAndFlow directly.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, RankAndFlow reserves the right to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small-claims court, where applicable, rather than jury trial.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive the right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against RankAndFlow.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankAndFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
